My four year old attends Kiddie Academy, he is very attached and wanted nothing to do with school. I am pleased to say that he wakes up every morning very happy and wants to go to school! My child has done very well in this school due to the learning environment the teachers have created and by having teachers that genuinely love children and teaching! I could not possibly say enough great things about this daycare. I would recommend this daycare to any parent :)

When it came time to put my 12 month old son in daycare, I was naturally nervous. Would I find a place I love that would be convenient to work? I had seen Kiddie Academy from the road while driving to work so I called and made an appointment to speak with Carla. When I first walked in, I was immediately impressed. The place was so clean and bright and cheery looking. I was taken to the infant room and the room had a 'at home' feel. There was a cozy rocking chair in the corner where babies are given bottles and babies are fed in high chairs instead of a large day care feeding table. How great Kiddie Academy is became instantly apparent when I interviewed the next day care center near to my husbands work. I walked into a dingy fishy smelling place. At that place, cribs were just placed against the wall in the same room where children played. I wondered how anyone got any sleep. Kiddie Academy had two distinct play spaces for younger and older babies. At that place, toys were just thrown in a jumbled mess in the middle of the room. One child had actually fallen asleep stuck in the daycare feeding table with no one coming to get her even as I was standing right in there! My husband told me we didnt need to look anywhere else, Kiddie Academy is the gold standard. We have been coming to Kiddie Academy now for 5 months and couldn't be happier with how friendly the staff is and how easy Kiddie Academy management is to work with. I can't tell you enough how much our son loves his teachers especially his beloved Miss Liz! Thank you Kiddie Academy for putting this first time mom at ease.

Kiddie Academy has changed the way my husband and I feel about leaving our children in a daycare center. From the interactions with ANYONE who works for the center, to how both of our sons have blossomed and now FULLY ENJOY being in their care... to their understanding, compassion, and flexibility with our "firefighter" work schedule (changes every week!), or even with events that have arisen unknowingly... We have NEVER been made to feel that our needs are not important. And most importantlyly, our boys look forward to going to "school" at Kiddie Academy. THEY feel safe and cared for. As parents, that feeling is priceless. We LOVE our Kiddie Academy!! Thank you ALL soo very much for making us feel like we're all part of an amazingly run, well cared for, extended family!

Kiddie Academy is more than a daycare. They have excellent staff that care for my children. At home we don't even call it daycare, we call it school. They have taught my children (an infant and a toddler) so many things that I don't think I could have taught them. They have met new friends for life. I couldn't ask for a better daycare for my children!

September 2010

In 2009 our olderst son was about to start Kindergarden and we needed to find a daycare closer to home for our youngest son. I contacted Kiddie Academy and scheduled an appointment to meet with Carol. When I walked thought the doors I noticed how clean the building was and also tht they have a security system that I was very comfortable with. I spent over an hour talking to Carol who was very in tune to my questions and concerns. The following weekend there was an open house that I brought the boys to. They had a lot of fun... to thepoint I could not get them to leave. :) It is a friendly and fun environment. Kiddie Academy is not far from our house and I must say that even thought it is in the opposite direction of our places of employemnt it is worth it! The teachers and staff at Kiddie Academy take time to answer questions you may have with either the curriculum or day-to-day activities. On another note, my oldest son has Asthma. The staff at Kiddie Academy made a point to learn and understand his needs. Kiddie Academy also had to pick up my oldest son from Kindergarten on "half" days. I was so nervous about him driving in someone else's vehicle without me there. Karla contacted me when they left to pick up my son and also when they arrived at Kiddie Academy. That really settled my nerves and it made me realize how much this group of people cared about my family. My husband and I recieve so many compliments on how much the boys have learned at such a young age. Parents will always worry about their children. It helps to be at a place where you feel good about dropping your children off in the morning and then returning to at the end of the day. We recently had a change in our schedule so we will not be at Kiddie Academy during the week but plan to be there for days off from school, Christmas, Spring, and Summer breaks. Carol, Cathy, Karla and the teachers have left the doors completely open for our children to return... and that is exactly what we are planning to do. Thank you so much for your support! We encourage other parents to visit Kiddie Academy. It has been a pleasant experience for our family.
