"My daughter attended Kiddie Academy halfway through her Kindergarten year. She was not a strong reader when she started. Although I read books to her at a young age and I tried to teach her on my own, I noticed the difficulty and frustration she was having when she tried to read more than a few words at a time. She was eager to learn but she was having trouble reading. Once she attended Kiddie Academy she began learning to read very quickly. By the time she graduated she was a strong reader and speller! She now attends 1st grade in a public school, has won 1st place in a spell-a-thon and has received certificates and awards for being a reader and speller well beyond her age and grade level.
