Assistant Director
My name is Kristen Timpe. I am the Assistant Director here at Kiddie Academy of Mason. I have been in the childcare business for over 15 years. I started as a teacher at my first job. Since then, I have worked with different age groups, my focus being on infants and toddlers. I am very passionate about working with young children and I enjoy seeing the children flourish into young adults.
Family is very important to me. Whether we are on vacation together or just sitting around talking, I enjoy spending time with my family. Everyone here at Kiddie Academy is like a second family to me. We hold various community events to bring everyone together as a family. Some of the events we have hosted have been a Fall Festival, a Family Picnic, Cultural Night, Holiday Programs and many more.

Hello, my name is Valerie Browning. I am the Academy Director here at Kiddie Academy. I have worked in Early Childhood for over 16 years. I am very excited to share my experience and education with all of your children. My goal is to provide an educational, fun and safe environment for your children.
I have 4 children of my own: Samantha who is 15, Billy who is 13, Alexandra who is 12, and Tabitha who is 7. All of them enjoy playing soccer, football, basketball and baseball. We are a very active family. I also love spending time on the lake with my family. Family is very important to me.

Welcome to the Kiddie Academy® family in the Mason community! Our names are Rafael and Shannon Nazario and we are the owners of the first Kiddie Academy in the Cincinnati area. Kiddie Academy has been a leading provider of comprehensive education-based child care programs for 25 years. Our innovative curriculum encompasses all facets of learning in a safe and secure environment while inspiring and encouraging children to explore, interact and create. Our business philosophy is Community Begins Here and we are excited to bring this culture to the Mason community.
We are passionate about our new business which will prepare our children to meet the challenges of tomorrow. We will assist children in developing the confidence and self-esteem necessary to meet the challenges they will face throughout life. Our children will learn and grow socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually through the Kiddie Academy experience.
One of Kiddie Academy's unique offerings is the family culture environment. For example, our children engage in family-style dining that encourages conversation and learning during mealtime, while enhancing the social and developmental skills necessary for each child. We provide a high touch culture focusing on developing positive relationships with every interaction along with involvement within the community.
We will maintain commitment, dedication and credibility to each child and family member at every interaction. We understand the importance of these attributes as we are the proud parents of three young children. We enjoy traveling and vacationing on Lake Erie. We also love to spend time at amusement parks with our children. It is amazing to watch the anticipation and excitement on their faces as they go up and down a rollercoaster.
